Presentation of Results
Individuals receive a leather-bound portfolio containing the results of the physical exam and laboratory tests, along with a state-of-the-art computer software-generated "health risk appraisal." Using the data from the physical, laboratory results and information regarding the individual's lifestyle, the software estimates the risk of developing many diseases, including heart disease, many types of cancer and diabetes. In addition to its immediate value, this information can serve as a benchmark - one to which patients can refer in future years for accurate comparisons.
