The UC Irvine Medical Center jobs bulletin lists staff positions
currently available at the medical center and our outpatient health
centers in Anaheim, Irvine and Santa Ana.

When submitting your application for employment at UC Irvine Medical
Center, please note the following:
- Applications for employment are submitted via our web-based
application only.
- We do not accept e-mail or paper resumes or applications.
- You may contact us at 714-456-7896 if you require assistance or an
accommodation when completing the application.
- Generally all new positions post initially for a period of 10
calendar days, and are extended if necessary. For those positions
with a filing deadline, applications are accepted and considered if
received before 12 midnight on the date of the filing deadline.
- Positions with a filing deadline of "until filled" have already
passed the initial filing period and may be filled at any time after
the initial posting period has passed. There is no guarantee that an
application submitted for a position listed as “until filled” will
be screened or submitted for consideration.
The application and employment process includes all of the following:
- Thoroughly completing all sections of the web-based application for
employment.
- Reviewing the affirmative action data submission form (completion
is voluntary).
- Completing the background check forms. Background checks are
submitted and processed on all final candidates.
- Reviewing the “notes to applicants” at the end of the application.
- Agreeing to the stipulations on the application for employment –
which is signed at the time of a personal interview.
- Understanding that candidates who receive a job offer are required
to pass a post-offer physical exam (including a drug screen) prior
to their first day of employment.
- Understanding that upon employment, all applicants are required to
provide documentation to verify their identity and eligibility to
work in the U.S.
