Your physician’s office is online!

On Monday, Oct. 24, UC Irvine Healthcare will unveil myHealthcare, an improved computer system that will give you more direct online access to your medical record.

To help us make this transition, the last day to use RelayHealth to make an appointment, renew prescriptions or message your physician is Wednesday, Oct. 19.

Between Oct. 19 and Oct. 24, please call 714.456.7002 to make appointments, renew prescriptions, get lab results and contact your physician.

RelayHealth still will be available for users who need access to their medical record to create a myHealthcare account.

Directions to set up a myHealthcare account will be available by Oct. 24. In the meantime, you will need to move your medical records to Microsoft HealthVault™, the industry standard for secure online storage of personal health information. We encourage you to store your medical record as soon as possible to be prepared for the new online system.
