- Anatomic Pathology – surgical pathology, histology, cytology, autopsy services
- Blood Bank – transfusion medicine, donor center, HLA/tissue typing, apheresis
- Clinical Chemistry – special chemistry, immunohistochemistry, toxicology
- Diagnostic Molecular Pathology
- Hematopathology – coagulation, immunology, hematology
